Improving dietary habits and maintaining them to achieve lasting results can be challenging, but with Julia's guidance and support as a Clinical Nutritionist, you can unlock a range of benefits tailored to your specific needs. Her mission is to give advice that is practical and achievable.

Julia is a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. She is registered with ANTA, and has a background working one-on-one with clients as a Personal Trainer for ten years.

 

What to Expect

Sessions are held via video call for your convenience. The program used is called Google Meet and it works on a phone, tablet or computer. You do not need the Google Meet app for this to work, but it is available if you choose and has extra features. You are welcome to have a family member present during the session if desired.

Upon assessing a client’s health and lifestyle, referrals to a general practitioner or relevant healthcare professionals are made if any concerning indicators arise. When clients are already under the care of other practitioners, a collaborative and integrated approach is prioritised to ensure a holistic and coordinated therapeutic experience.

Health Coverage Rebates

If you have private health insurance with a high level of extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate for your nutrition sessions. Most clients receive reimbursement ranging from 40% to 80%. You will be provided with a reciept that you can submit to your insurance provider.
